Isle of the Earthshaker sees a return to the Edarnian world of Zama. Set 50 years on from the War of the Burning Sky campaign it begins with a ship from Mysos carrying a diplomatic envoy, and other passengers, to Zama. It is shipwrecked with deadly force when a libation to the god of the seas Pysos goes horribly wrong. Think an ancient world 'Lost' idea but with far grimmer consequences and outcomes.
DM'd by Dangerous Brian (it's his world after all) this game is Old School in style using the OSRIC rules system.
It was conceived as a way of gaming with as many friends as possible whilst not relying on everyones presence at every game. Joining us as and when. Each session begins and ends at camp, wherever that camp happens to be at the time. This allows those whose players are not present to take up the guard and do camp duties whilst the present player characters get on with the adventuring.
All notes so far are written by Dangerous Brian himself and published on his blog. There may also be other characters/players accounts of our adventures coming in the future to add other points of view.
